Tracy Wells

Tracy Wells has loved seeing stories come to life on stage for as long as she can remember. In high school, she trod the boards herself in a few starring roles, but alas, like her character in A Chorus Line, Kristine, she couldn't really sing. Still, she loved the way a play can touch the lives of an audience through the writers' words and what the actor brings to the stage. Years later, Tracy tried her hand at writing plays for her husband's middle and high school theatre classes, and a new career in playwriting was born. Tracy now has more than 200 published plays with several publishers, and her plays have been produced in all 50 states as well as internationally. Tracy continues to write plays for the youth and Christian market and resides with her husband and two children in Metro Detroit.
