We've paid for royalties electronically. Does that mean we have permission to perform?


No. Your order has to be reviewed first. Once we've done so, assuming there are no issues that need to be addressed first, we will approve your order and issue you a performance license. Only when your performance license has been issued may you go forward with your production.
