It's war! Nobody's quite sure how it started, but all the town's girls and boys have split up along strict gender lines and are determined to crush the opposition utterly. As water balloons fly and rumors of cootie-laced biological weapons circulate, it's up to best friends Terry and Samantha to break the gender barrier and avert mutual assured destruction.
"Boys vs. Girls: Armageddon won Best Director—Junior Long. The adjudicator described it as 'truly epic'! We had to create these epic scenes, including battles, with minimal props and sets (only 4 chairs and a table), so [we] roped in all the actors in minor roles to create and change the scenes. It was a great opportunity for...actors without speaking parts, to be completely involved in a production—they had multiple costume and character changes and we had extras doing things in the background in nearly every scene. Everybody loved being involved in this play—it was just so much fun. Highly recommended." - Sarah Riber, Atheron Performing Arts (Atherton, QLD, Australia)
