Dramedy. 40-45 minutes. 3-13 females, 0-5 males (4-13 performers possible). Suitable for middle school and older performers, and elementary school audiences.

Sugar Horror was produced at Pint-Size Plays (Wanaka, Arrowtown and Queenstown, New Zealand). Aleema the Boy Girl was produced at 8 in 48 Idaho Short Play Festival, Treasure Valley Children's Theater (Meridian, ID).The script won the Screener's Choice Award. 

Plays include Twilight of the Grizzly, Aleema the Boy Girl, Sugar Horror and Almost Immortal.

Synopsis

In this quartet of shorts that explores the worlds of young characters and the dramatic impact of sudden change, the last California grizzly is on the brink of extinction; an Afghan girl is on the brink of adolescence; a brother and sister are on the brink of an adventure, and in the distant future, a teenage girl and her great-great-great-great-great-grandfather are on the brink of immortality.
