The author grants productions pre-approval to make cuts to meet time limits and community standards regarding profanity and obscenity for Texas UIL and other one-act competitions.
Synopsis
There's a full house, the lights are about to go down and the actors are ready to step on stage for the final performance of their theatre class children's play: It's the perfect time for two of the leads to break up—NOT! And if things couldn't get any worse, it's one week before prom! As what should have been a fairy tale ending descends into a comedy of errors, will the backstage drama upstage the onstage drama, or will the cast and crew find a way to turn disaster into happy ever after?
