About the Play

Synopsis
The optics of theatre allow us to witness a teenager interact awkwardly with his father in a pickup truck, then counterpoint this scene against the same youth years later—applying and rejecting lessons learned as he counsels his own son. The contrast and similarities celebrate the often unspoken love that fathers and sons share with one another.
