Synopsis

In the few hours before the Earth is destroyed by a gamma-ray burst, a family of four prepares for the end in vastly different ways. With time on the verge of running out, the four of them must grapple with their personal history if they're going to come together for one last project—assembling Mom's time capsule.

"For a play about the end of the world, what stays with you afterward isn't the apocalypse at all, it's the small, ordinary stuff the family keeps reaching for underneath it. ... The verdict: a script with real, unforced warmth at its center...built around a genuinely tender idea worth seeing through." - Keolanani Kinghorn, Rhetorical Review
