Billy gets bullied. A lot. After one run-in too many, he decides he's tired of being a "weakling." It would be so much better if he were a stegosaurus. And then it happens: He transforms into a real, live spikey-tailed dinosaur and starts to terrorize the town. What do you do with a dinosaur? No one knows how to get the new Billy under control, but is this what he really wants? Will he forget that kindness and love are stronger than fear and hate? Or will he learn that being a dinosaur isn't all it's cracked up to be and—with a little help from his friends—that his human self is stronger than he ever realized?
