About the Play

The author grants productions pre-approval to make cuts to meet time limits and community standards regarding profanity and obscenity for Texas UIL and other one-act competitions.
Synopsis
Who makes winter happen? Is it the freezing, soaking Rain? Is it the icy blasts of Wind? Or maybe it's the Sun who goes on vacation? To decide, they'll have a contest with Ocean as the judge. Which one will Ocean choose? It's just possible that the answer will surprise them all.
