Synopsis

In Tudor England, two boys grow up in very different worlds: One is the son of Henry VIII and heir to the throne, the other scrapes by in the slums of London. When a chance encounter offers them an opportunity to escape their fates for the day and see how the "other half lives," they eagerly swap clothes and change places in each other's lives. But what begins as a lark turns into a series of eye-opening and harrowing adventures, and if the boys can't manage to set things right in time, a pauper from Offal Court could end up the next king of England in this play based on the Mark Twain classic.
