Synopsis

Based on a true story, The Wheels Go Round and Round follows a typical teenager's epic struggle to get a driver's license. No teenage rite of passage would be complete without a desperate fight to survive unenthusiastic employees, catastrophic traffic and violent parental guardians with anger management issues. Right?
