To use a scene in competition (e.g., forensics or similar), each participant must have a legally purchased copy (digital or printed) of the play from which it comes. No further permission is necessary. For the STAR Awards and Thespys only, a play purchase is recommended but not required; please apply for permission by selecting the Audition option.
