Synopsis
Medea has sacrificed everything to build a life with Jason, but out of greed and lust, he's discarded her for a new bride: the Princess of Corinth. Mocked, shamed and ostracized, Medea has nowhere to go—and now, she fears, her children will suffer a similar fate. Featuring swift, rhythmic language, a dynamic chorus, puppetry and opportunities for bold, physical movement, this adaptation views Euripides' classic through a contemporary feminist lens as it powerfully paints a portrait of a woman forced to decide between impossible choices.
